Childhood times are always the best to cherish. Being born and brought in Paradip Port Trust, Cuttack my childhood times were spent with my
oriya friends. Its was really special something which you cannot describe rather experience it. Didn't get much attention and focus from Parents
during childhood days as my one and only brother was suffering from Kidney failure which took almost 8 years of treatment to recover. Life is more
important than anything else.

How was ur School Days?
Studied at Kendriya Vidhayalaya, was not at all a bright student. Never focussed on studies was an average student, didn't like to study at all more
focus was on playgrounds but never specialised in any game.

And College Life?

Realised that Studies are more important than anything else. Concentrated more on studies but was naughty during stay at hostel. Did lot of unwanted
and unwaranted activities, but end result became a very bright student had the distinction of becoming 4th rankholder in Post Graduation (Management) at
Utkal University.

Any Unforgettable Events?
Unforgettable events are many - My PG results day, My first job with Essar Shipping, My Marriage, My first Son birth, My First Car M-800, Getting award from SBI Chairman, Getting award from Rishi Srivastava.

What were your greatest achievements?
Achv - Getting a Rank in P.G. Achieving UM-AM goal sheet in 4 months, 1.03 crore premium in June 2006 (SBI Life). Receiving Rs. 4,00,000 one cheque incentive from
SBI life, Highest rating of 5 from ICICI Pru, Best SM award from Rishi Srivastava.

Your Biggest Dream in Life?

Biggest Dream is to become like Capt B S Kumar MD Essar Shipping with an annual income of 5 crore. 5 crore possible yes it is but not with any Insurance
company. Its not a joke, I am the witness, I saw it in1999. Salary plus 2.5% net profit of the company (Net Profit of Essar Shipping was 575 cr) as per CLB.

Any Hobbies ?

Visiting holy places, doesn't sound good but for me it is.

Your Greatest Inspirations?

I get Inspiration from my bosses. To have great personality like Capt B S Kumar when I b'com 50yrs , Command like Saju Boss, Behave like Sujesh Boss,knowledge like Nazeer Boss, friendly like Rajeev Gupta (Sales Country Head, SBI Life) and My Father the Greatest Engineer.
